Anglia House, la nostra residenza studentesca nel centro di Cambridge, è stata inaugurata a settembre 2018 ed è una struttura da 219 posti letto.

Socializzazione e divertimento
Oltre ad avere una sala comune multifunzionale, c'è una cucina comune disponibile, piena di una zona pranzo, divani e smart TV per farti divertire mentre prepari i tuoi pasti.
Coloro che optano per i monolocali avranno gli stessi servizi con l'ulteriore vantaggio di avere la cucina privata e la zona divano e la televisione.
Non è tutto ci sono altri spazi comuni tra cui una zona giochi, una sala comune e un'area salotto all'aperto dove è possibile legare con gli altri residenti e fare nuove amicizie.

Unless the context otherwise requires, words and expressions defined in your Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement shall have the same meanings in this Cancellation Policy. Bookings made prior to 1 June 2021 If you sign your Tenancy Agreement prior to 1 June 2021 and you have not collected the keys to your Room, you may cancel your Tenancy, by giving notice in writing or by e-mail to the Residence Manager at the Property, with no penalty up until 1 June 2021. Once we receive such a notice, we will confirm receipt, cancel your Tenancy and will refund your Advance Rent Payment of £250.00, together with any other payments of Rent you may have made.
Bookings made on or after 1 June 2021 If you sign your Tenancy Agreement on or after 1 June 2021 and you have not collected the keys to your Room, you may cancel your Tenancy, by giving notice in writing or by e-mail to the Residence Manager at the Property, at any time within the period of fourteen (14) days of the date on which you sign your Tenancy Agreement (the “Cooling-Off Period”). Once we receive such a notice, we will confirm receipt, cancel your Tenancy and will refund your Advance Rent Payment of £250.00, together with any other payments of Rent you may have made. Bookings made for Semester 2 or 3 starting after the 1st January 2022
If you sign a Tenancy Agreement for a semester 2 or 3 beginning after the 1st January 2022, you may cancel your Tenancy, by giving notice in writing or by e-mail to the Residence Manager at the Property, with no penalty up until 15 November 2021 or 8 weeks before the start of your agreement whichever is the shortest. Once we receive such a notice, we will confirm receipt, cancel your Tenancy and will refund your Advance Rent Payment of £250.00, together with any other payments of Rent you may have made. If you have not collected your key you may also cancel at any time within the period of fourteen (14) days of the date on which you sign your Tenancy Agreement (the “Cooling-Off Period”).
During the cancellation period you may cancel your Tenancy, by giving notice in writing or by e-mail to the Residence Manager at the Property, Once we receive such a notice, we will confirm receipt, cancel your Tenancy and will refund your Advance Rent Payment of £250.00, together with any other payments of Rent you may have made. Cancelling outside the Cooling-Off Period Outside the Cooling-Off Period, you may request to cancel your Tenancy, by notice in writing or by e-mail to the Residence Manager at the Property. However, you will remain liable for the Rent payable under the Tenancy Agreement until a suitable replacement tenant has been found.
Cancelling as you do not receive your visa If you are not successful in being awarded a visa to travel and study, then we can help. Firstly, we may be able to transfer you to another one of our residences around the globe if you are going to study elsewhere. If you are not going to study elsewhere or we do not have accommodation available in your new city/town of study, we will release you from your Tenancy Agreement provided the following criteria are met: You submit your request to cancel, in writing or by e-mail to the Residence Manager at the Property, within 3 days of your visa rejection letter; and You provide the Residence Manager with a copy of your rejection letter from the embassy or visa office.
One less worry if you don’t receive your grades This is applicable to prospective first-year undergraduate students only If you are not successful in obtaining your place at your chosen University, then don’t worry, we can help. Firstly, we may be able to transfer you to another one of our residences if you are going to study elsewhere. If you are not going to study elsewhere or we do not have accommodation available in your new city/town of study, we will release you from your Tenancy Agreement provided the following criteria are met: You submit your request to cancel, in writing or by e-mail to the Residence Manager at the Property, before 25 August 2021; and
You provide the Residence Manager with a copy of your rejection letter from the University or UCAS. Once we have your request, we will confirm receipt and refund your Advance Rent Payment of £250.00, together with any other rent payments you may have made.

La zona è ben collegata a tutta la città tramite i mezzi pubblici, con la fermata dell'autobus più vicina a soli 2 minuti a piedi.
Per gli studenti internazionali, l'aeroporto internazionale di Cambridge impiega meno di 20 minuti per raggiungere in autobus.

Per stare tranquilli in questi momenti di incertezza, ti consigliamo di selezionare una tariffa flessibile con annullamento gratuito. Nel caso in cui cambiassi i tuoi piani, puoi sempre annullare la prenotazione gratuitamente fino al termine del periodo di annullamento.
Se firmi un contratto di locazione per un semestre 2 o 3 che inizia dopo il 1 ° gennaio 2022, puoi annullare la tua locazione, dandone comunicazione per iscritto o via e-mail al responsabile della residenza presso la proprietà, senza penalità fino al 15 novembre 2021 o 8 settimane prima dell'inizio del contratto, a seconda di quale sia il più breve. Una volta ricevuta tale comunicazione, confermeremo la ricezione, annulleremo la tua locazione e rimborseremo il pagamento anticipato dell'affitto di £ 250,00, insieme a qualsiasi altro pagamento di affitto che potresti aver effettuato.

Per vivere con noi mentre studi all'università, dovrai avere almeno 18 anni.
Non è consentito fumare all'interno della tua residenza, ma sei libero di fumare all'esterno.
