Amnis House, il nostro alloggio per studenti a Cork, si trova sulla Western Road a Cork City.
Siamo a pochi minuti dall'University College Cork e a meno di mezz'ora dal CIT, dal Cork College of Commerce e dal St John's Central College. Perfetto!
Tutte le nostre 190 camere con bagno privato sono progettate appositamente per gli studenti, in modo che tu possa concentrarti sui tuoi studi e socializzare in un ambiente progettato per te.

La prenotazione può essere cancellata gratuitamente se la domanda di visto è stata rifiutata.
Una prenotazione può essere cancellata gratuitamente se non sei riuscito a ottenere le qualifiche richieste per entrare nella tua università di scelta.
Una prenotazione può essere cancellata gratuitamente a causa della situazione COVID-19 in corso
Unless the context otherwise requires, words and expressions defined in your Licence to Reside (“Licence”) shall have the same meanings in this Cancellation Policy. Bookings made prior to 31 July 2021 If you sign your Licence to Reside prior to 31 July 2021 and you have not collected the keys to your Room, you may cancel your Licence, by giving notice in writing or by e-mail to the Residence Manager at the Property, with no penalty up until 31 July 2021. Once we receive such a notice, we will confirm receipt, cancel your Licence and will refund your Advance Room Fee Payment of €300.00.
Bookings made on or after 31 July 2021 If you sign your Licence to Reside on or after 31 July 2021 and you have not collected the keys to your Room, you may cancel your Licence, by giving notice in writing or by e-mail to the Residence Manager at the Property, at any time within the period of fourteen (14) days of the date on which you sign your Licence to Reside (the “Cooling-Off Period”). Once we receive such a notice, we will confirm receipt, cancel your Licence and will refund your Advance Room Fee Payment of €300. Bookings made for Semester 2 or 3 starting after the 1st January 2022 Bookings made for Semester 2 or 3 starting after the 1st January 2022
If you sign your Licence to Reside for a semester 2 or 3 beginning after the 1st January 2022, you may cancel your Tenancy, by giving notice in writing or by e-mail to the Residence Manager at the Property, with no penalty up until 15 November 2021 or 8 weeks before the start of your Licence to Reside whichever is the shortest. Once we receive such a notice, we will confirm receipt, cancel your Licence and will refund your Advance Room Fee Payment of €300.00. If you have not collected your key you may also cancel at any time within the period of fourteen (14) days of the date on which you sign your Licence to Reside (the “Cooling-Off Period”).
During the cancellation period, you may cancel your Licence to Reside, by giving notice in writing or by e-mail to the Residence Manager at the Property, Once we receive such a notice, we will confirm receipt, cancel your Licence and will refund your Advance Room Fee Payment of €300.00. Cancelling outside the Cooling-Off Period Outside the Cooling-Off Period, you may request to cancel your Licence to Reside, by notice in writing or by e-mail to the Residence Manager at the Property. However, you will remain liable for the Room Fee payable under the Licence to Reside until a suitable replacement student has been found. Cancelling as you do not receive your visa
If you are not successful in being awarded a visa to travel and study, then we can help. Firstly, we may be able to transfer you to another one of our residences around the globe if you are going to study elsewhere. If you are not going to study elsewhere or we do not have accommodation available in your new city/town of study, we will release you from your Licence to Reside provided the following criteria are met: You submit your request to cancel, in writing or by e-mail to the Residence Manager at the Property, within 3 days of your visa rejection letter; and You provide the Residence Manager with a copy of your rejection letter from the embassy or visa office. One less worry if you don’t receive your points
This is applicable to prospective first-year undergraduate students only. If you are not successful in obtaining your place at your chosen University, then don’t worry, we can help. Firstly, we may be able to transfer you to another one of our residences if you are going to study elsewhere. If you are not going to study elsewhere or we do not have accommodation available in your new city/town of study, we will release you from your Licence to Reside provided the following criteria are met:
You submit your request to cancel, in writing or by e-mail to the General Manager at the Property, within 48 hours after your CAO offer; and You provide the Residence Manager with a copy of your rejection letter from the University or CAO. Once we have your request, we will confirm receipt and refund your Advance Room Fee Payment of €300

Se firmi la tua Licenza di Residenza a partire dal 1° giugno 2021 e non hai ritirato le chiavi della tua Camera, puoi annullare la Licenza, dandone comunicazione per iscritto o via e-mail al Residence Manager presso la Proprietà, in qualsiasi momento entro il periodo di quattordici (14) giorni dalla data in cui firmi la tua Licenza di Residenza (il Periodo di Ripensamento). Una volta ricevuta tale comunicazione, confermeranno la ricezione, annulleranno la licenza e rimborseranno il pagamento anticipato della tariffa della camera di € 300

Al momento del check-in avremo bisogno di vedere una copia del tuo documento d'identità e ti consigliamo anche di portare una copia stampata del tuo contratto di locazione con i moduli di garanzia firmati.
I frigoriferi aggiuntivi sono ammessi in camera solo se sono allo scopo di conservare i farmaci prescritti

Per stare tranquilli in questi momenti di incertezza, ti consigliamo di selezionare una tariffa flessibile con annullamento gratuito. Nel caso in cui cambiassi i tuoi piani, puoi sempre annullare la prenotazione gratuitamente fino al termine del periodo di annullamento.
Questa tassa è una tassa una tantum, non rimborsabile di € 50 per coprire i costi amministrativi associati all'elaborazione della tua domanda di vivere con noi.
L'assicurazione mobilia domestica non è inclusa nel contratto di locazione. È vostro obbligo fornire la vostra assicurazione mobilia domestica ai sensi della legislazione irlandese.
Non forniamo lenzuola o asciugamani nei nostri appartamenti poiché scopriamo che agli studenti piace personalizzare le loro stanze.
Tutti i tuoi affitti devono essere pagati mensilmente in anticipo, come indicato chiaramente nel contratto di noleggio che firmi al momento della prenotazione. Per semplificare le cose, l'affitto totale dovuto a noi deve essere pagato mensilmente in anticipo in 8 pagamenti uguali come da contratto di affitto.
Per vivere con noi mentre studi all'università, dovrai avere almeno 18 anni.
