If you want to stay in Brussels in a friendly and international atmosphere, then why not book a stay in Hello Hostel? We’re only three minutes by subway from the centre and our breakfast buffet is included in the rates!
Our facilities include free internet and Wi-Fi, a shared kitchen, a free luggage room with lockers and a book exchange with magazines, paperbacks, comics and travel guides. We also have free maps of Brussels and other cities.
The basic breakfast includes cornflakes, muesli, brioche, rice biscuits, jam, choco-paste, coffee and orange juice.
Sheets are included and towels are available to buy from reception.
Please have a look at our T&Cs below before booking. Please note that our dorms have a maximum age limit of 40 years; guests over 40 are welcome to stay in our private rooms. This hostel is not suitable for children.

Please note that the subway stops at 0010 (ten past midnight).
From Brussels International Airport (Zaventem):
Take a train going to Brussels from downstairs and get off at Gare du Midi (Brussels-South). From there take Line 2 on the subway in the direction of Simonis (Leopold II). Get off at Simonis and take the exit for Avenue de Jette. Look for the big, white Godiva factory; if you’re standing in front of it, facing the factory, the hostel is 20m to your right at Rue de l’Armistice 1.
From Charleroi Airport:
Beware! Charleroi airport is not near Brussels; it’s an hour’s drive away.
Take the shuttle bus from the airport to Brussels Midi (Brussels-South) train station. Journey time is approximately one hour and costs €13. From there take Line 2 on the subway in the direction of Simonis (Leopold II). Get off at Simonis and take the exit for Avenue de Jette. Look for the big, white Godiva factory; if you’re standing in front of it, facing the factory, the hostel is 20m to your right at Rue de l’Armistice 1.
From Gare du Midi (Brussels-South) train station:
Take Line 2 or 6 on the subway in the direction of Simonis (Leopold II). Get off at Simonis and take the exit for Avenue de Jette. Look for the big, white Godiva factory; if you’re standing in front of it, facing the factory, the hostel is 20m to your right at Rue de l’Armistice 1.
From Central Station:
Take metro Line 1 in the direction of Gare de L’Ouest/Weststation. Get off at Beekant station. From here take Line 2 to Simonis (Leopold II). Take the exit for Avenue de Jette. Look for the big, white Godiva factory; if you’re standing in front of it, facing the factory, the hostel is 20m to your right at Rue de l’Armistice 1.
We’re only about 100m from Simonis station.

J'ai passé 3 nuits au Ciao ostello et je le recommanderai! Accueil sympathique, personale disponible dans l'ensemble. J'ai et la qualité du batiment dans son ensemble (bien tenu), las alle comune sympathique avec accès internet. Un seul point négatif: ONU échange très spécial avec une femme de ménage le premier matin (aucune réponse à mes domande).

Bon accueil, personale trés sympa.
Mais ce n est pas facile de se conca, il n y un pas beaucoup de douches et le soir c vendita di est.

Esta un 5 minutos en metro del centro, llegar al hostal es fácil y esta muy cerca de la estación del metro. El personal es muy amable! Lo negativo es le falta mas aseo un los baños. Del resto excelente para el precio!

El personal es amable y habla español. Esta un 5 minutos en metro del casco histórico, llegar al hostal es muy fácil se encuentra cerquita de la estación del metro.Tiene calefacción, el desayuno esta bien. Lo negativo es el baño, como es de uso común es difícil encontrarlo limpio.

3 nuits dans l'Auberge. Personale très bien, auberge sécurisée, à proximité du métro. N'hésitez pas à demander la "mappa locale" à l'accueil, avec toutes les astuces pour visiter Bruxelles. Très corretta pour le prix.

Ostello El magnifico, lo recomiendo encarecidamente, un fantastico, della metropolitana estás trato ha un paso del centro, limpio todo, y sobretodo muy acogedor. La gente es genial y hablan castellano di maravilla.
Y el desayuno también muy bueno!

Eccellendo in casa, tutto il personale è molto bello e super-disponible.
I comfort di cui parlare circa sono tutti disponibili: free internet, colazione abbondant e delicieu, c'è una terrazza dove è possibile ottenere fuori fumo e custodi sono la famiglia ogni giorno.

La gioventù ostello era sporco, le docce non ho parole per descrivere come sono stati terribili, le camere troppo piccole e strette. In breve, non convenienza e comodità se fosse solo la connessione internet. Io ho accorciato il mio soggiorno a non rimanere più di una notte.

Hola come bueno primero quiero decirles que me gusta mucho forma la in quanto è atiende a las personas en el hostal yo en lo personale mi sentivo muy acojido por ustedes especialmente por chica habla espanol tan mentre numero su di lui olvidado, yo lo tenia pero tube un problema en Barcelona y me robaron entonses Perdí su posta y numero su di lui olvidado, perdon bueno pues me gustaria saber para el favor agradecerle que ella me hiso in encontrarme y localisar mi aveva ostello in generale todo bueno parece muy sebbene y se Messico alguien visitato Belgica los recordare unas personas muy amables, agradesco mucho como siempre y espereo risparmiatore di chica, ella es ABOGADO y gustan mucho los dulcesgracias.
